We offer domestic shipping only from our website. Please call us at
207.487.6084 to inquire about shipping to Canada or international.
A surcharge of $5 per ship to address will be applied automatically for dropships. Only one dropship is allowed per order. No C.O.D. Shipments
All products are shipped best way via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are billed at cost and might be different than quoted during checkout.
Note: The actual shipping cost might be different than calculated when placing your order. This will depend upon the items and quantity of each ordered, as well as the "method" of shipment (best way). You will receive email notification once your invoice has been updated to reflect the actual shipping charge.
Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, return it within 30 days in its original packaging and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you. Shipping charges are not refundable. A $25 restocking fee on all unauthorized returns.
Dealers can obtain a Return Authorization by calling
207.487.6084 , or creating a request online.
To create a product return request online:
1. Login and select
Orders History.
2. Search for the order you would like to create a return request for.
3. Click on its number or status, and the Order details page opens.
4. Scroll down to the Create return request form.
5. Set the amount of the product(s) you want to return.
6. Select the reason for returning.
7. Select the action you would like the store administrator to do for you.
8. Leave your comments, if necessary.
9. Click on Create.
You will receive confirmation and approval via email with your Return Authorization Number. Please make sure that you reference the assigned number on your return shipment in order to streamline processing.
